 I had a session with Reyna. The therapy is called Introspective Hypnosis. I came in with lots of anxiety. My job has totally change and I feel lots pressure. I have a teenager and I take care of mom as well. I must find time to quiet the mind and work on myself. Reyna did a fantastic job guiding me and when I was done with the therapy I felt happy, secure and ready to conquer my world. I cried, I laughed during the therapy and had so many emotions.
