Refund & Return Policy

At Cohoba Therapeutic Services, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, hypnosis, and transformational services. Because program enrollment reserves dedicated time, resources, and support, the following refund policy applies:

Individual sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows are non-refundable.

Programs are designed as a complete process and require a commitment from both the client and practitioner.

Once a program has begun, all payments are non-refundable.

Clients enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of attendance, participation, or completion of the program.

Program Sessions must be used within the designated program period. Unused sessions are non-refundable and may expire after 12 months

Requests for refunds due to documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Cohoba Therapeutic Services, LLC.

Transformational work is most effective when approached with consistency, participation, and commitment. By enrolling in a program, clients acknowledge they are investing in a process designed to support personal growth and lasting change.

 All of our services, packages, recordings, auto-pays, and  gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however, we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.
