In 2007, as the U.S. economy entered a recession, I found myself facing a parallel personal crisis. The stress of that period profoundly affected my family, and it was during this time that mental health challenges emerged, compounding an already difficult situation. As the circumstances at home worsened, I reached a breaking point and knew I needed support. Rather than seeking external help, I chose to invest in myself and enrolled in an out-of-state NLP Transformational Coaching Accelerated course. That decision became a pivotal moment in my life—it marked the beginning of a journey toward personal growth, authenticity, and freedom.

However, personal transformation often comes with upheaval. My family life collapsed, and my marriage ended in divorce. I found myself at a crossroads: a middle-aged woman, recovering from a life-threatening illness, raising two teenage daughters, and confronting a daunting and uncertain future. The experience was overwhelming, and I struggled with physical illness, emotional instability, and what I later recognized as the emergence of deep spiritual and intuitive insights. At the time, I attributed these experiences to the effects of Lyme disease, fearing I was losing my grip on reality.

Traditional medicine offered little relief, and I eventually turned to holistic healing methods. I spent three months bedridden, unable to drive, reliant on others, and depleted financially. Despite the immense hardship, this period of surrender and healing was not in vain. I emerged with profound insights, spiritual growth, and a renewed sense of purpose. One of the most rewarding outcomes was reconnecting with what I now understand as my “Soul Family.”

I vividly remember one night in the depths of pain, when I made a heartfelt plea to the Divine: “If you get me through this, I promise to dedicate my life to service.” That commitment became a cornerstone of my path. From that moment, opportunities for healing and connection began to unfold. I came to recognize that every interaction and experience since has been divinely orchestrated as part of a greater purpose.

Today, I stand deeply grateful—for the journey, the healing, and the clarity. My calling is clear: to serve, support, and walk alongside others on their own paths of transformation. The most powerful act anyone can take is simply to begin—to take that first courageous step forward.
